A few things to consider before sending your resume:

• You must have your CWI 

• You must have your TWIC card

• You will be employed as a 1099 employee (self employed, no taxes)

• You must have at minimum your OSHA 10 General Construction card

• You must have $1M general liability insurance. We use BiBerk and we highly reccomend you use them as well, but not required. Individual rates go anywhere from $200-$500/year.
